It offers an alternative to nursing facilities or adult foster care for those who need assistance with daily activities.
Paid2Care works in partnership with MDHHS (Michigan Department of Health and Human Services) certified Home Help Agencies to connect families with the support they need.
Support is subject to regular reassessment.
Care hours and services may be adjusted if the care recipient’s needs or eligibility change.
Care hours are decided by the Medicaid case manager at your local county office. Paid2Care helps ensure that the approved hours are used effectively.
Paid2Care currently focuses on providing high-quality Home Help services in Oakland County, Wayne County, and Macomb County.
Our headquarters are located at Troy Liberty Center.
If you don’t have Medicaid, the Paid2Care team can help confirm your eligibility and provide guidance on any support available.

For Medicaid participants, all training, support services, and information provided by Paid2Care are free of charge.
Any child or adult living at home in Michigan who qualifies for Medicaid can participate.
Spouses or legal representatives are not eligible.

Family caregivers provide support with activities of daily living (ADLs) and other necessary assistance:
Meal preparation and feeding assistance
Bathing, personal hygiene, and dressing
Safe mobility and transfers
Toileting support
Paid2Care care managers also coordinate additional support, including reassessments, service guidance, and general information.
Approved family caregivers receive payment.
The amount varies based on local regulations and eligibility. Paid2Care assists caregivers throughout the approval process and provides guidance on payment procedures.
Payments are made through secure direct deposit or other safe methods.
